@mr.e4578 how long ago? Or how many miles ago? I know the aftermarket pumps don't last as long as the factory pumps. My sister had a 2005. We changed hers and 2 years later, it needed another one. Have you checked for codes using the dash odometer?

Near Pescadero. We take 92 to hwy 1 head south. Drive for 15 to 20 mins, their will be a ton of places you can pull off of the road and go explore. Make sure to go during low tide.

With no power applied to this solenoid. You should have a default stuck. Open valve when the vehicle is on and power is supplied. The valve should shut if you are doing a smoke test. I would recommend plugging the hose going to this valve and then doing a smoke test.

If you broke the niple on the intake... maybe some 2 part epoxy would work? 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I believe only the 03 ish have the hallow pcv. My 01 has a valve in it from the factory. I've always thought it's probably a good idea to put in the pcv with a valve type in the ones with a hallow pcv.

Actually, I'm looking at the part numbers... both style valves say they fit 99-04. I guess, it's what ever you prefer. With valve, AC delco: 19313320 Without valve, AC delco: 19313318

@@ScottiesHobbies Just changed out the one original factory one on a 2004 5.3L Silverado and it was just an orifice, replaced with an identical AC Delco part. Probably a waste of time and $16.

Have you checked the seal on the bottom side of your fuel cap? I always recommend replacing the fuel cap with a factory oem cap or a Stant brand, non-locking, cap. When I get any EVAP code questions.

Try the rear sensor first. That is the sensor that the ecu uses to monitor the efficiency of the catalytic converter.
